A Poaching Party
Having company and want to serve up poached eggs for a crowd? Here's how:
1. Gently simmer 1" of water in a large roasting pan on the stove.
2. Coat a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Gently crack eggs into each cup. Place in roasting pan and cover with foil. Eggs will be poached in 6-8 minutes. Remove gently with rubber spatula.
